Townsville Storm Watch & Surrounding Districts Community & Social Weather Related Information page is a non profit Volunteer organisation based out of Townsville Queensland with admin team members based in Townsville & Lang Lang Victoria, Since facebook is a well known medium for information sharing, creating a fan page was a good idea. Townsville Storm Watch & Surrounding Districts is apart of our severe Storms/Tornado/Cyclone National network chase team. Apart of this page includes photos of any type of weather event that can be viewed & shared along with past video's of severe storm chases & when storms occur a Live High Definition Storm Chase Cam are all available by clicking on the tabs at the top of the page under the cover photo. To keep our community up to date with all the latest weather related information as it occurs & any emergency sevices information as weather circumstance necessitates and any natural disaster events when occurs around Australia.

All Weather forecasts & related information that is posted to this page (Townsville Storm Watch & surrounding Districts) are from unqualified meteorologists and may differ from the official forecast set out by the Bureau Of Meteorology www.bom.gov.au. We endeavour to post updates as quickly as is possible when released from the BOM or EWN. Any of our community followers on our page are more than welcome & are encouraged to post any updates to do with weather, road closures, destruction from Storms, etc should they feel it is necessary to do so and to "SHARE" or "Tag" with any Updates & Warnings issued with everyone within the effected areas.
This Community & Social Weather, Road conditions and Australian Natural Disaster Information page is heavily moderated. Any comments or messages that are of an attacking nature against administrators or fellow members of this page will also result in the banning of the user or page. Excessive posting is considered spam and again the user or page will be banned without warning.
No Swearing, If any is seen, the post will be removed and you will be banned.
POSTING IMAGES: Images which appear on Townsville Storm Watch & Surrounding Districts or submitted to our page by it's community followers will be shared with other community followers.
Images which have not been sent to Townsville Storm Watch directly will require permission by the photographer before our Admins will post them. As with any image, the photographer will be credited for their work.
Strickly "NO ADVERTISING" or other "FACEBOOK PAGES" or "WEBSITE PAGES" permitted, unless you have been given express permission from the Townsville Storm Watch & Surrounding Districts Admin team, ie during Promo periods. If any is seen, the user or page will be banned.
